Project in pre-promotion phase to identify potential buyers. The building permit is currently being processed (at time of publishing). Building plans of each of the dwellings and annexes are available to buyers at the sales offices. This document, including the infographics, has been drawn up according to the Management Project, and may be subject to modification due to technical requirements, in all cases complying with the Final Execution Project and the requirements of the municipal authorities. For the appropriate purposes, the Developer expressly states that their actions, as well as those of the contractors, will at all times comply with the requirements established in Law 38/1999, of 5 November, on Building Regulations. Likewise, it is hereby stated that the money deposits advanced for the construction of the development plus the corresponding legal interest amounts will be guaranteed by a financial institution or insurance company to be appointed as from the date on which the corresponding building permit is obtained and the amounts on account of the price begin to be received, which (including the amount of the deposit) will be deposited in a special account in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law.
The Statutes governing the Community of Owners will be approved on completion of the works. The determination of the participation in the common elements of the building will be carried out taking into consideration the criteria indicated in Art. 5 of Law 49/1960 of 21 July on Horizontal Property.
All data included in this building specification is subject to modification, and the Developer reserves the right to introduce those that are required for legal, technical or commercial reasons, or are ordered by the competent public bodies.

From conception through to design, that’s been our commitment. How did we achieve this?
By using passive systems such as optimal orientation, exterior insulation of the building envelope, cross ventilation, differentiating treatment of openings, use of natural lighting, etc.
And thanks to active systems such as the air- conditioning system with heat pump and individual aerothermal control units to control and manage DHW in the home.
What measures have we taken to achieve this?
- Correct window design and fit to offer views to the outside whilst achieving optimal natural lighting in each room, reducing dependeancy on artificial lighting.
- Increased acoustic insulation, reducing external noise from outside and from neighbours. In this way, the home is shielded from external noise and isolates noise from within.
