These options may be replaced by Neinor Homes for others of equivalent quality. Read legal text below:

Project in pre-commercialisation phase for identification of potential buyers. Building permit in process. The plans of each home and annexes are available to buyers in the sales offices. This document, including the infographics, has been drawn up from the Basic Project, so it can undergo modifications due to technical requirements, adjusting to the Final Execution Project and the requirements of the local authorities. For the appropriate purposes, the developer expressly states that performance, as well as the hiring for this development, will adjust at all times to the requirements established in Law 38/1999, of November 5, on Building Regulation. It is also stated that the amounts advanced for the construction of the development plus the relevant legal interests will be guaranteed by a financial institution pending designation as of the date on which the relevant building permit is obtained and amounts on account of the price start being received, which (including the amount of the reservation) will be deposited in a special account in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law. A copy of the aforementioned guarantee will be delivered to the buyers when the private sale contract is signed. The model of the aforementioned contract is available to buyers so they can review the general conditions. The Statutes by which the Housing Association will be governed will be approved upon completion of the works. The participation in the common elements of the building will be determined taking into consideration the criteria stated in Art. 5 of Law 49/1960 of July 21 on Horizontal Property and in Law 18/2007 of December 28, of the right to housing in Catalonia.
