This project is currently in the pre-marketing phase for the identification of prospective buyers. Planning permission is in the process of being obtained. Floor plans for each home and associated annexes are available for prospective buyers at the sales office. This document, including all infographics, has been prepared on the basis of the Basic Project and may be subject to modification due to technical, legal or commercial requirements, or as directed by the relevant public authorities, in all cases in accordance with the Final Construction Project and the requirements of the municipal authorities. The Developer expressly states that its activities, as well as the contracting of this development, will at all times comply with the requirements established in Law 38/1999 of 5 November on Building Regulations. It is further stated that advance payments made towards the construction of the development, together with the corresponding statutory interest, will be guaranteed by a financial institution to be designated once the relevant building permit has been obtained and advance payments begin to be received. Such payments (including the reservation amount) will be held in a dedicated account in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned law. A copy of the said guarantee will be provided to buyers upon signing of the private purchase contract, a template of which is available for consultation of the general conditions. The statutes governing the Owners’ Community will be approved upon completion of the works. The allocation of shares in the common elements of the building will be determined in accordance with the criteria set out in Article 5 of Law 49/1960 of 21 July on Horizontal Property.
